Hello! I am Jay, I am 23 years old and disabled (hard of hearing). I am a self taught digital artist who has been drawing digitally since 2015. I love playing video games such as Overwatch, the Last of Us and many more! I love playing DnD and creating and drawing characters for myself and others. TERMS OF SERVICE
🌸Payment🍓 Payment is required upfront through PayPal.
🍓 If full payment is not possible upfront, a 50/50 upfront and upon completion arrangement can be negotiated.
🍓 I reserve the right to negotiate and adjust higher pay for an increased workload or complexity.------------------------------------------------RefundsRefunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
🍒Full refund if I am unable to complete the commission.
🍒 Full refund if the commission is cancelled before work has begun or only base sketch has been started.
🍒 75% refund if the sketch stage has been completed
🍒 35% refund if the flat colours have been completed
🍒 No refunds are available once rendering has begun.------------------------------------------------Copyright and Usage🍉I retain all rights to the commission, including the right to post the artwork online or promote it for personal use. (If you would rather the artwork not be posted, please inform me beforehand).
🍉 All commissions fall under Creative Commons for personal use only.
🍉 You may not use the artwork for promotion, commercial use, reselling, or recreating.
🍉 You may repost onto social media with full credit (@jaychii.draws).
🍉 You may use the artwork for social media icons and print the artwork for personal use.
🍉 The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated art, submitted or uploaded into any AI system or any AI-assisted content.------------------------------------------------
Decline Offers and Cancellations🍰 I reserve the right to decline any commission without any given explanation.
🍰 The commission will be declined/cancelled if you are disrespectful, have poor communication, or breach these terms and conditions.------------------------------------------------Requirements and Timeline
I work full time, alongside commissions and therefore have limited availability. To ensure fair scheduling and avoid burnout, I operate on a waitlist system and only accept two paid commissions at a time.<3🍡 You must provide references and a clear description of the commission. If you do not have a reference, I will only design a character from scratch for an additional price.
🍡Queue skipping allows you to move ahead of others in the waitlist and receive priority scheduling, NOT immediate completion. A priority fee of 25% of the total commission price will apply.
🍡Rush fees apply when a deadline is shorter than my usual turnaround, with a 15–25% of the total commission price will apply depending on urgency and workload.
🍡 If you would like your commission before a certain date, this must be specified at the beginning of the commission and must allow a 14-day period for completion of the artwork.
🍡 If the commission does not have a specified date for the completion of the artwork, please remember that the commission will take time due to personal commitments and scheduling of my time.
🍡 Queue skip and rush fees are separate and may both apply if a commission requires priority placement and a short deadline------------------------------------------------Progress and Revisions🍥 Minor tweaks are allowed during the concept and sketch stages.
🍥 Major changes after the sketch stage may incur additional fees.
🍥 Only minor adjustments are allowed during the final stage.------------------------------------------------🌸 I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any commission, request, or service at my discretion for any reason, including but not limited to workload, content, communication, or personal circumstances. 🌸
